    Terms of Service

    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using Hoppers AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated from Dublin, Ireland.

    2. Description of Service

    Hoppers AI is an AI-powered interview preparation and coaching platform. It provides real-time AI-powered preparation, post-session analysis, and performance tracking to help users prepare for job interviews.

    3. Account Registration

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
    • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
    • One person may not maintain more than one account

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
    • Share your account credentials with others
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
    • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
    • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

    5. Subscriptions & Payments

    Plans

    • Starter: 60 minutes of live and mock interview coaching (free)
    • Pro: Unlimited live and mock minutes, resume-matched answers, ATS scoring, and company research at $29/month (or local currency equivalent)
    • Season Pass: Everything in Pro for 3 months, plus shareable session reports and custom question banks, at $69/quarter (or local currency equivalent)

    Billing

    • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
    • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
    • Minutes do not roll over between billing periods for paid plans
    • All prices are in USD

    Refunds

    All sales are final. We offer a generous free tier with 60 minutes of coaching so you can fully evaluate the Service before upgrading. You may cancel anytime from Settings to stop future charges, but we do not issue refunds for current or prior billing periods. Due to the nature of our Service — where core value is delivered immediately during live sessions — refunds are not offered once session minutes have been used. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please reach out at hello@hoppers.ai within 3 days of purchase and we'll do our best to help.

    6. Intellectual Property

    • The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Hoppers AI
    • You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions)
    • AI-powered suggestions and analyses are provided for your personal use only
    • You grant us a licence to process your content as needed to provide the Service

    7. AI-Powered Content

    The Service provides AI-powered suggestions and analysis. This content is for informational and preparatory purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-powered suggestions. You are solely responsible for how you use this content in interviews or other settings.

    8. Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

    9. Account Termination

    • You may delete your account at any time from Settings
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
    • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
    • Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for Terms violations

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoppers AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    11. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Fair Use Policy

    Paid plans (Pro and Season Pass) include unlimited interview minutes. To ensure a great experience for all users, a soft cap of 3,000 minutes per month applies.

    • The soft cap is designed to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability
    • Normal interview preparation usage will never come close to this limit
    • If you consistently exceed the cap, we may reach out to discuss your usage
    • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaged in automated or non-human usage

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
